We are active in resolving all issues of public tenders, in providing legal support to our customers during their participation in public tenders and at all stages, from the submission of the technical and financial bids to the tender decision and the procedures that arise against the stage of execution of the contract.

Law on Education (Members of the University Community, Teachers)

We undertake the resolution of all issues arising from the implementation of the general educational and university legislation and the valid legal representation of faculty members, EEDIP, ETEP, public or private educational staff employed in universities, secondary schools or secondary schools. for any matter concerning the recruitment, appointment, transfer, distribution of teachers through PYSDE and their general service status as well as the representation in the competent services of the Ministry of Education and in the competent Administrative Courts.
